Q. How does Free-to-Play affect me?
All existing players will be marked as Legacy accounts. Legacy accounts will no longer be obtainable and will continue to enjoy free access to the general hero pool. You will be able to play in Verified Only games, but can play in Basic games if you choose. Legacy players will continue to receive all content for free, including heroes after the hero leaves Early Access.
Q. What is Early Access?
Independent of Free-to-Play is a new feature called Early Access. Players will be able to purchase Early Access to new heroes to play them before they are released for free to the rest of the Legacy players.
While heroes are Early Access, they will not be playable in Tournament Play.

Not at all! Legacy accounts are now a rarity, part of our old business model – you're getting additional new content (outside of any potential pay for content expansions) for free, which is a perk no longer available to new accounts whom have to unlock new content.
Q. Will Free-to-Play mean my games will be ruined by griefers and trolls?
By requiring players to either play a significant number of games or make a purchase before becoming Verified, players will have made an investment into their account. If a person griefs, they will lose this investment. We will be increasing our efforts to stop griefing through our Report a Player system so Verified players can be confident the matches they play will be good ones. Basic accounts will not have access to the Report A Player function.
Q. What about game modes that require my teammates to have access to the whole hero pool?
We've gone to great lengths to try to ensure that the HoN experience you've come to know and love will be as unchanged by Free-to-Play as possible. Game modes SD, BD, AR, and BP will require that non-legacy accounts have a Token or Game Pass in order to enter the match. The token allows them to play as any hero in the pool for that game – if they pick a hero they don't own, the token is spent. This means that you can depend on any of your teammates having access to that crucial counter-pick in these modes, and not have to worry about team strategy being limited by what heroes your teammates have unlocked.

L'unica cagata è il discorso dell'early access, ok che dopo tot giorni noi Legacy lo abbiamo comunque aggratis ma resta una cagata. Per il resto nel MM basta spuntare la casella Verified Only per dimenticarsi che il gioco è F2P.

Sono Gold Coin, quindi prima o poi ti finiscono.
Si ispira totalmente o quasi a LoL, mi sembra un cambiamento abbastanza soft per noi Legacy (chi aveva comprato il gioco prima).
L'unica cosa differente è che dovremo aspettare 1 mese per avere altri eroi disponibili da pickare, per poi continuare ad avere eroi rilasciati settimanalmente o quasi.
A me non rode non poter pickare eroi nuovi per 1 mese, quindi finchè sono scelte che aumentano il player pool a me va bene

I giocatori early access dovrebbero, secondo me, essere in grado di reportare altri utenti f2p, non capisco la loro scelta.
I nuovi eroi, se proprio vuoi giocarli in quel mese in cui non sono disponibili a chi non ha pagato l'early access, li puoi giocare nei normal games.

Massì raga per noi non cambierà niente, l'unica cosa sarà all'inizio visto che dovremo aspettare tot settimane prima dell'arrivo del nuovo eroe ma poi a "regime" sarà esattamente come prima ogni 2 settimane avremo un eroe nuovo, semplicemente l'eroe "nuovo" sarà old di qualche settimana ma a me personalmente cambia ben poco.

Sta cosa non c'è scritta da nessuna parte, early acess o non hai l'eroe.
Ma li leggete gli OP o postate così a random giusto per fare +1? Tranne il discorso dell'early-access (che è comunque DISABILITATO in modalità tournament) cos'è che non torna sul gameplay? No seriamente non capisco
Io ho comprato questo gioco quando era una beta con 15 eroi del cazzo.
Grazie alla gente come me l'S2 e' rimasta a galla arrivando dov'e' arrivata ora.
E' stato sempre promesso che MAI sarebbero stati chiesti soldi per elementi di gameplay.
Che gli eroi sarebbero stati disponibili SEMPRE e DA SUBITO perche' questa era la filosofia di Hon.
Ora cosa vedo? Eroi che devono essere comprati CON SOLDI VERI per poter essere usati SUBITO? Magari volutamente POTENTI e SBILANCIATI come fanno su LoL? E poi selezionabili dai legacy solo dopo quanto? UN MESE? e quindi avremo sempre 2-3 eroi NON GIOCABILI?

Prima di tutto l'early access può essere comprato solo con i gold il che significa che bisogna spenderci dei soldi se vuoi giocarti l'eroe prima.
Secondo è sufficiente giocare qualunque modalità tranne AP per risolvere il problema, se vuoi andare sul sicuro giochi BP e vedrai che lo istantbannano tutti.
Terzo gioco dal secondo giorno della beta e anche io come te ho acquistato il gioco molto tempo fa. Nonostante questo non mi sento tradito e non mi sento di insultare la S2 a random. Tra l'altro c'è pure il tasto per giocare in MM senza la gente free2play cosa vuoi di più dalla vita?
Mi irrita che oggi avrei voluto giocare il nuovo eroe e non posso [potro'] piu' farlo.
