What anti cheat measures ar being enforced to stop teams cheating?
Can admin tell from spectating that players are not using anti recoil or speed cheats?
What is the penalty of a player or group of players in a team using cheats or exploting a bug?

there is no anti-recoil-cheat any longer... what you think is a "speed cheat" is just your ignorance (in the meaning of "not knowing" - same word in english...) to gameplay-features.
Penalty depends on case. Def.win, reduced points, kick from eurocup...
