Ciao a tutti,
Un mesetto fa ho avuto la malaugurata idea di fare un apt-get dist-upgrade sulla mia debian stretch.
Penso che apt abbia sostituito il classico demone syslog con il nuoverrimo syslog-ng.
Sul momento non mi sono accorto di nulla, invece oggi ho scoperto che da allora non logga più nulla.
messages e syslog contengono solo questo:
error è vuoto
auth.log è vuoto
kern.log è vuoto
daemon.log è vuoto
alternatives.log è vuoto
Tutti gli storici si fermano al 26 gennaio, quando ho fatto l'upgrade.
Dove sbatto la testa?
Potresti iniziare postando syslog-ng.conf

Momento, pare che la macchina è virtualizzata sotto OpenVZ e OpenVZ forse non supporta versioni troppo recenti di debian
