this was really tough; we lost the 2 engagements.
The first 1 was in minehq and we lost badly (we had 6 Ryos all with ERLL and jj, 2 wolfy with 3LL). They are great snipers (took 4 ryo ans 4 scats all erll and jumpin), so they seems to know exactly were they can fight (infact they moved into a low level terrain on the high ground hills on the left of team 1 drop) leaving us in higher terrain to skyline. In my opinion we had to move down there too to have at least an "even terrain" to fight in.

The second one was Max throttle, a map full of canyons and ridges (my bad i choosen to have 6 bushies 2Rac2, XPL, rf and 2 Ares 3ERLL). they split to give time for their snipers to move away and get us 1 by 1 (they got some ryos erll+jj, scats erll+jj and 1 Cauldy). Using their JJ capabilities they managed to get us by pure firepower (4ERLL do much more in a single alpha than 2r2+XLP).

This is my debrief for the battles.
Now i have to say that we can do better vs those sniper clans using short/medium range weapons in faster mech to close in (even some mechs with JJ can be useul to get the "running away ones"); they have experience (cause play much more than us) and the techincal advantage (i mean mere ping). so the only way to get them to me i s the "move in fast" with medium/short range weaps loadout.
Another thing i need to say is that we need to act as a whole following the one that issues orders (even if blantly bad); if we dont act in that way, we think by ourself letting the few that follow to die 1 by 1.
Discussion could be taken later after the drop, discussing in drop or not acting as requested is not a good choice vs those "Pro" teams.
