nah, le voci sono sempre state su una roba ambientata in un contesto di mitologia nordica/celtica (mai stato chiaro quale delle due esattamente, magari perfino un mix).

Sì vabbè ma fanno di quei paragoni che sono di un tirato che te li raccomando. Tipo Daenerys che sarebbe Surtur perché distrugge un convoglio di rifornimenti

Insomma che ASoIaF (che in un'analisi di questo tipo non equiparerei alla serie: per dirne una, il paragone fra Sansa e Idun cade completamente visto che nei libri non è lei ad andare in sposa a Ramsay) abbia elementi che richiamano i miti nordici penso nessuno lo metta in dubbio, ma c'è molto altro all'interno, c'è epica medievale, ci sono accenti arabeggianti/orientaleggianti (con Dorne e le terre al di là del mare ad est), c'è addirittura Valyria che richiama un po' Atlantide e un po' l'impero romano.

W: What are some differences when compared to your previous titles (especially Dark Souls)?
M: If I were to put aside the world full of fresh stimulus thanks to our collaboration with Mr. Martin, I would have to say the biggest difference is it being open world. Due to this, the scale of the world and its narrative, as well as the depth and freedom of exploration have increased dramatically. It is without a doubt our biggest title yet in terms of sheer volume. There are many definitions to the term “open world,” and I might not be phrasing it correctly, but we have simply tried our own approach to a game with a large, open field to play in.

It is a world full of danger and threats, as well as many areas ripe for exploration. Among those areas, you will also find intricately designed, multi-layered castles and such.

praticamente un rpg open world con level design (e annessi) dei luoghi di interesse curato alla soulsborne, un po il mio sogno bagnato videoludico
